We help leaders articulate a compelling vision, identify core values, introduce new initiatives, leverage existing skills and resources, and facilitate success in a mission-driven organization.
From time to time, we also play a more focused role, serving as the lead on special projects including: assessments for annual giving and major gifts strategies, donor relations & stewardship, and membership programs. The Woolbright Group provides counsel for board and staff training and development, and campaigns and other strategic fundraising initiatives. |
